We specialize in bespoke woodwork and modular joinery. All custom wardrobes, kitchen units, and TV consoles are manufactured using Boiling Water Proof (BWP) marine plywood, completely avoiding low-grade MDF or commercial boards prone to moisture warping. We use premium laminates, veneers, PU paints, and acrylic finishes, fitted with high-durability soft-close hardware from Hettich or Blum. Our kitchen designs integrate quartz countertops, custom pull-out spice racks, pantry units, and seamless chimneys. Lighting is crucial to high-end interiors; we coordinate electrical grids for warm profile lights, magnetic track systems, recessed spotlights, and automated ambient controls. False ceilings are fabricated using premium gypsum boards or POP plaster, framed with rust-resistant metal channels to prevent future sagging or cracks. We manage all wall finishes, including premium emulsions, texture paints, and custom stone claddings. By managing both the interior design and contracting teams in-house, Swastik Home guarantees that the final physical handover matches the approved 3D drawings down to the millimeter, delivering a clean, luxury home ready for immediate occupancy.
